Celebrating 25 Years of Manufacturing in 2023!!
Adaptall is proud to announce that 2023 marks 25 years of Manufacturing! While Adaptall has been wholesaling hydraulic adapters and fittings since 1985, it wasn´t until 1998 that we opened our machine shop in Pickering, Ontario. 25 years later, we are proud to say we are still growing and expanding.
When we started turning parts, production was confined to screw machines and 2-axis CNC´s with single spindles and had low to medium power output. We now employ nearly 20 CNC´s that mostly utilize 5-axis with sub spindles and are double the power of conventional CNC´s. This has allowed Adaptall to eliminate a lot of inherent problems associated with making specialty fittings and adapters.

TREATMENTS AND COATINGS AVAILABLE
Adaptall´s standard plating spec for Carbon Steel fittings is compliant as per RoHS, ASTM B633 and SAE J516 requirements (Trivalent clear Zinc with clear coating, 8µm to 12µm thickness or 0.0003” to 0.0005”). Trivalent yellow and black zinc also available, as well as Fe/Zn, Ni/Zn, bright nickel, satin nickel, and hot dipped galvanized.
For Stainless Steel products, passivation can be applied if required and requested, as well as cleaning for Oxygen service as per ASTM G93, A380 and CGA G-4.1.
Brass products can be plated in nickel, and treated with Bright Dip upon request.
